System configuration

The steel structure is made of high quality carbon steel with inside and outside hot galvanized layer which will be not less than 60um.

Most connections of greenhouse structure are installed directly by screws or Self tapping screws. The warranty period of standard skeleton is 15 years, but the actual service life will be more than 20 years.

150/200 microns UV PE Film with life ≥5 years UV treated polyethylene film has function of anti-UV, anti-aging and anti-drip, will be fixed by special film lock channel and wiggle wire.

Shading net: black round wire 75% shading rate, warranty ≥ 5 years Function: Electric control, adjust the light intensity to improve the ecological environment in the greenhouse and lower the temperature.

Shading net: white aluminum foil 65% shading rate, warranty ≥5 years Function: Electric control, avoid direct sunlight to crops in summer, reduce the loss of indoor moisture; slow down heat loss in winter.
